Affordable apartment with pest problems

Pros

Great super Quite(except the bar across the street) and safe neighborhood Affordable

Cons

Some pests(roaches, mouse) Radiator can be super noisy Bar across the street disrupts your sleep

They are trying to solve pest problems, but considering the building's built year, I can't complain
