Advice to the owners
The landings is a massive complex with thousands of people living in there. The floors that connect the building tend to be louder, upper levels with many less tenants are quieter. The building has had many issues with neighbors who smoke, and there are records of fires in the building. The building is under ongoing renovations - water cuts and construction is common - but management has a physical office with helpful but slightly overworked staff. Marketed as a luxury apartment but far from it - still a decent building to live in. Beware of rent spikes. As renovations continue, the rent has been increasing dramatically year over year, forcing many tenants out.
