Its an ok bulding

it has a good space for a one bedroom relatively quite at night building super is nice
Cons
the water comes out very hot it can burn your hands roaches in the summer time lots of rats by the trash every day

Almost 1 year Lease
Pros
The water pressure was nice and it wasn’t too far from the train.
Cons
There were BED BUGS. The neighbors next door had bed bugs and the landlord refused to act on it. It was an issue for the entire lease to the point where they gave us 1 month free at the end. They also were doing repairs in our room so we couldn’t live in the space for several days.
Advice to the owners
Please take better care of your tenants. You are in service of them.
