Cheap, each bedroom has at least one large window, 2 full bathrooms is lovely
We have to take our own trash out on trash nights which means we have bags of trash that we need to save up just sitting out in the living room. in the summer the living room is swelteringly hot- there isn't a window so we can't connect an A/C
