Great super, property management, and location
Pros
- As mentioned in title, our super is a very nice guy and will help you with anything you ask - Property management is responsive and will help fix your issues with no cost to you if you report them - Location is lovely, short walk to 2 Av station, and great if you like nightlife. Always people around and about - Can use physical key or digital app to enter - Charming exposed brick
Cons
- Sometimes trash/recycling piles up - Ludlow Street can get loud, and units can get loud too
