Extremely unresponsive building management. Negligent to fix urgent issues. Many housing violations that make the building extremely unsafe.

dirty hallways and stairwell, outdated intercom system, pretty careless management

Don't waste your money here

The location is convenient.
Cons:
The owner does not take care of repairs.

The owner will ingnore your phone calls.

The owner only cares about the rent checks.

The janitor, Calvin Tso, never cleans the building. He just sleeps all day.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building since you do not care about maintaining the building in a proper way.
