Pretty good for an old building

Pros:
Overall everything is newish in the kitchen and cabinets are nice. Location is fantastic and neighborhood is really quiet.
Cons:
Management sucks. I had mice in my apartment and I found where they were coming in and told the super and management company and they just gave me sticky traps. When the basement flooded they did nothing (not even sand bags). Fire happened June 2023 and affected apartments weren't fixed by October and most didn't have gas in their apartment for longer. The basement door is always unlocked which is extremely unsafe for those on the ground floor. After the fire the front door buzzers in all apartments didn't work. A year later and they still don't work. They replaced a unit's refrigerator and left the old one outside on the sidewalk for people to walk around or kids to run into. Someone moved it off the sidewalk and it stayed in front of the building for more than 2 weeks.
Advice to owner:
Take care of tenants and fix easy and obvious problems without constant badgering by tenants

Buiding is maintained and apartment is bright and quiet
Cons:
It is hard to get a response from management company.
