Surprisingly decent building

Pros:
Suspiciously clean, responsive landlady (once had my toilet fixed within 30 minutes of notifying her). No bugs, rats, etc. Very nice gallery on the second floor.
Cons:
idk it gets hot in the summer, you def need an AC unit. Not too easy to (physically) move into.
Pell street is touristy, sometimes you're dodging people, especially heading west

Keep up the good work!
