Nice no frills building

Pros

Management is responsive enough, the super is very nice, and when I moved in I did not encounter any cleanliness issues. Water pressure is great.

Cons

Building is not kept super clean/maintained, the front door in my unit has a hole under it so noise comes in easily.

Advice to the owners

Fix the front door issue and maintaining a nice rooftop will help attract tenants

Mgmt company is problematic and likes to harass tenants

Good building and decent neighbors

Cons

Building Management company is problematic and if you’re part of a minority and speak with an accent they might harass you and be really rude. Some landlords here in Brooklyn really like to pull the scare card in order to force tenants to do as they please. As a tenant in NYC, know the law.
