No heat or hot water

Pros:
Close to the train station and bus stop to commute to the city
Cons:
No heat or hot water most of the time. The super is unresponsive and the landlord lies to get over on repairs.
Advice to owner:
Stop being a slumlord and provide heat and hot water to your tenants.
