Awful and dishonest landlord

Amazing location, outdoor space, good lighting, hardwood floors, spacious bedrooms
Cons
Bathroom in the kitchen and very small. Unit had not been well maintained or recently renovated. Old appliances but worked fine. Many windows were damaged and would not stay in the frame during the winter. Most importantly, the landlord had an awful attitude, would yell expletives, handled the relationship very poorly, and kept our security deposit unjustly. We sued her and she has been evading the court notices.
