Pretty good place
Pros
Large, reasonably priced unit that was pretty well maintained. Super was on site and extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly.
Cons
Linoleum flooring rather than hardwood throughout that apt that was hard to clean.

It’s loud, particularly people going up and down the stairs, lots of noise from park next door
