Pros:
Management is effective, quick to respond, and cares about the property. The super and his team are friendly, responsive, and very professional.
Cons:
They did try to charge me for adding my spouse's name a few months ago. I did not like that move. But they eventually respected the law.

pest control needs to improve specially in summer when humid they all come out heat needs to improve at night superintendent shud be more professional to tenants not approachable n lazy
