good price, big rooms in apartment.

loud neighbors next door, very murry hill, avoid santa con.

Pros:
The building is well maintained and the super is so kind! They respond really fast and take care of the apartment building really well.
Cons:
6th floor walk up and the water is shut down a lot for maintenance. Usually only for a few hours though.
