Cons
Landlord holds your rent even when you pay on time. Holds it past the 10th of every month the proceeds to charge you a late fee .Repairs take forever only if its a water leak or if you call 311 then you'll get a response

Pros
The only possible pro I could think of is the location. Really close to a lot of transportation, shopping, etc.
Cons
Everything. Constantly dirty, and dark hallways. Infestations including rats and cockroaches. They sent around an exterminator once a month who didn’t really do anything. Constant leaks. Every time it rained, it would leak above my bed. The landlords refused to fix the actual source of the issue, would only come in to patch it up every few months which was disruptive and annoying. Management unresponsive when you need them and borderline harasses you when you need them to leave you alone. Charges illegal rent late fees, constantly scheming to keep your security deposit. It’s almost comical, like a caricature of what a bad landlord would be like in a creative writing assignment - except Plaza Management is either blissfully ignorant or intentionally negligent (reckless) with the way they act.
Advice to the owners
Choose another profession. Your impact on society is negative and your existence makes people suffer. The world would be a better place if you went home and never spoke to another person again.
