Best NYC landlords I’ve had in 21 years in the city.
Former Tenant
Pros:
They are very chill, always responsive, professional, and always go above and beyond to do the right thing (like cleaning HVAC before having our first baby after finding tons of dust), fixing issues, etc. Also, they love pets & don’t discriminate against breeds. All the neighbors are great and quiet. Also, if you have a back (south) facing apt there is a GLORIOUS Eastern Cottonwood tree filled with nature, squirrels, visiting flacons, robins, blue jays, cardinals, etc.
There are washer/dryers
in all units and central AC/heat. It’s truly a rare gem of an NYC apt, esp for the price!
Cons:
The building is great, but the buildings nearby occasionally throw parties and can be loud, especially downstairs next door. But it’s usually one offs and not common.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the amazing work. You guys are truly the best NYC landlords I’ve had in 21 years. Grateful to have spent 7 of those years in your building.
