The lobby smells like trash 24/7
Pros
Transport, big apartments (for New York), lots of cupboard space, elevator.
Cons
- The Lobby always smells like trash, summer months are the worst - The building and communal areas cleaned - The owner/landlord is the absolute worst, doesn't repaint or clean in between tenants. - Enter apartment for repairs without any notice when tenant there or not.
Advice to the owners
Get a real cleaner, ventalation in the trash room and get proper trash cans which detract mice/rats.

Dirty and absent management
Pros
Very well located for transportation. Walking distance from 5 subway lines and close to highways and Williamsburg bridge.
Cons
Very dirty building, management is absent, very little security.
