Pros

Laundromat on site, respectful older crowd, most units are rent stabilized or rent controlled.

Ridiculous amount of package theft, low water pressure, little to no maintenance without pressuring the super and landlord.

Heat on cold days is essential it is unfair to have to purchase an electric heater all winter.
