Reviews

Former tenant·9 minutes ago

Good apartment overall

Pros

Well kept, responsive super, dishwasher

Cons

We saw the occasional cockroach, management made clerical errors with billing a few times. Renovations in the apartments were sloppily done and it shows

Former tenant·9 months ago

It is what it is

Pros

Building used to be cleaned a lot more often I feel like... now there will be stains and random tufts of hair that will stay on the ground for weeks. Pretty respectful neighbors aside from one person who has every single phone call while walking up/down the stairs in the hall. Quiet block.

Cons

Haven’t ever been offered a repaint of unit from management even though have been here for years. The cadence of maintenance has decreased.

Advice to the owners

Cut your tenants a rent break for all the noise disturbance they didn't even know about until after signing their leases!
