Pros

Clean building, decent sized 1 bed for one person. And the maintenance man is very kind and helpful.

Cons

The property management company is an absolute nightmare to work with.

Fine for the price

Pros

Decent price, very close to any transit you could want. Probably an easy commute to anywhere in the city. There were cockroaches but management paid for an exterminator and I've only seen one or two since.

Cons

Not super specific to the building -- the area just isn't the most fun place to live. It feels like you're living at the back of PABT, because you are. Garbage collection times are somewhat annoying.

Advice to the owners

Figuring out a different garbage collection system would be great.
