Pros:
This building is clean and well kept.
Cons:
The front door was occasionally difficult but after some matinence was just fine!
Advice to owner:
Nice building, keep it up!

Great amenities, helpful super

Pros:
The amenities are definitely the best part. It is hard to beat laundry in unit, central ac, and a dishwasher. We have never had much break on us and when it does, the super is good about helping out quickly.
Cons:
The neighbors play loud music and there always seems to be some sort of construction nearby.
Advice to owner:
Make sure tenants have the super’s number. I didn’t have it for months and wasn’t sure who to contact.

Great management and clean building

Pros:
cool art in the hallways, cleaned regularly, easy to pay rent and submit tickets
Cons:
easy to hear footsteps and talking from upstairs but that’s inevitable
Advice to owner:
keep up the good work!
