Neighbors are kind.

Cons

Property management company and Landlord are inhumane, dishonest, and unkind. They will gaslight you, humiliate you, and treat you like dirt. Avoid at all costs.

373 Knickerbocker Review

Pros

Clean, nice rooftop, quiet neighbors, decent quality building overall. The super cleans the floors of the common hall pretty regularly which is a big plus.

Cons

Sometimes the latch on the front door would break making it not close properly, resulting in package theft. The alarm downstairs sometimes will randomly go off. And once the front door broke and make it difficult to leave the apartment building. Neighborhood in general is on the noisier side.

Advice to the owners

Fix the latch on the front door in a more permanent way.
