Friendly neighbors and great location. (c) openigloo Great units that are (c) openigloo spacious.
Cons:
$$$. Not only will (c) openigloo the mortgage payments most likely (c) openigloo be substantial, but the maintenance (c) openigloo fees are around $3,000 a (c) openigloo month (and will likely continue (c) openigloo to rise a certain % (c) openigloo every year). So even (c) openigloo if the place if fully (c) openigloo paid off, you still have (c) openigloo a substantial monthly payment.

Cons:
drafty windows no one will (c) openigloo fix. drafts from the HVAC, (c) openigloo amenities closed (courtyard, gym for (c) openigloo 1+ years during COVID)
Advice to owner:
the courtyard is nothing compared to being steps from Riverside Park.
