Incompetent building superintendent
Former Tenant
Pros:
If enjoy being dirty building this is it .
Cons:
The cleanliness & up to date maintenance is gone , the stair to get to your apt are super dangerous, hallways smell like Feces, trash on the ground on very floor. Non- residents drink & loiter near, at the front entry door of the building , very uncomfortable for women to be all in .
Advice to owner:
The superintendent complain to all residents of how much he (jasmani santillan) earns hourly , & for that reason his job is selective not mandatory for the safety , cleanliness , maintenance of the building. Very unprofessional, incompetent, disgusting
