Decent apartment in good area
Pros
not too many people in the building, study interiors, nothing was deteriorating, everything was in good condition, lots of space and good closets
Cons
Had bug issues during the summer (even though they have exterminators come regularly), hard to get quick reply from management company when needed.

Apartment is nice, rough street
Pros
big apartments, decent price, no major issues. Nice people in the building
Cons
Street is rough. Always people loitering outside and very loud. Owners aren't very responsive
Advice to the owners
try to do something about the people selling drugs and loitering outside 24/7
