Terrible place to live, no peace or quality of life.

Spacious, parking (1st floor tenants only)

Cons

Poor plumbing, extra large waterbugs, reoccurring mold in kitchen ceiling (covered over), strong basement odor in kitchen. Thin walls (0 privacy) upstairs neighbors from hell. Landlord files for bankruptcy often (Google it). Neighbors (from other homes) party all night in front of house.

Advice to the owners

Don't be a landlord if you can't hold up your end of the lease.
