Lots of pre war charm

Pros

Overall great location and pretty quiet for where it is.

Cons

Occasional pest problems (once mice, cockroaches a few times), but went away after exterminator came by and filled all of the holes in the radiators.

Nicest property manager ever

Pros

Overall great apartment with great finishes. Any time there is an issue someone is there to fix it in 24-48 hours. AC units came installed and had control of our heat

Cons

construction of park was loud (now completed), packages sometimes stolen
