This building is sub par to the price.
Former Tenant
Pros:
It has a roof and 4 walls.
Cons:
Literally everything else.
Advice to owner:
Crack open the wallet to bring this place into the 21st Century. DSL internet service and Satellite? Two washers and dryers for 62 units? An elevator that barely works. A front door that doesn’t close. Packages stolen constantly. Lights that don’t work. Heat comes on 2 times a day even on the coldest of days. I know you’re 160 years old and don’t care, but people pay good money every month for sub par conditions.
