Great Building No Concerns
Pros
Maintenance team amazing. Things happen no matter where you live own or rent. Chris and his team very responsive and works hard to resolve.
Cons
Windows a little drafty in winter.

Really bad HVAC system
Pros

Cons
HVAC system is horrible. In the summer A/C unit is not strong enough to cool a 1 bedroom apartment. Had to use temporary A/C units. Now in winter heating has been out twice. Once for 3 weeks in december and currently, with no expected fix date.
Advice to the owners
DO NOT RENT here if you want livable temperatures. Management is not resposive in these cases. Only open ended vague emails promising fixes.
