Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants renting buildings managed by Sam Schwartz generally find the properties clean with well-managed garbage disposal and responsive management. Most appreciate the rooftop access, good neighbors, and convenient locations. However, residents often experience cramped apartment sizes and occasional issues such as pest control challenges, maintenance delays, and odors in shared spaces like gyms and laundry rooms. Noise levels are moderate due to external factors like nearby traffic. Rent increases and some cheaper fixtures are points of concern. Overall, renters recommend these buildings, noting that management tends to address issues in a timely manner despite some scope for improvement in responsiveness and building upkeep.

Cons

Stinky laudry room and the convienent store next door would use the toilet / smoke.
