not a bad building

Pros

people on my floor were nice (mostly people in their 20s), i personally liked the neighborhood, laundry in the basement, nice balcony.

Cons

i had a couple of packages stolen while i lived here. saw a guy literally rip open the entrance door. noise levels were chill since our bedrooms were backyard facing, but the construction across the street would be loud if you were street facing.

Advice to the owners

better locks in the entrance.

4 days into living there our roof started leaking, water went down multiple times, our air conditioning broke during a heatwave and the landlord didn't respond to it for at least 4-5 days, and they had to remove facades from the balconies because one of the balconies partially collapsed due to negligence.
