Great building, noisy street

Pros

Management was very responsive and helpful. Apartment was newly renovated and very pleasant to live in.

Cons

Jefferson Street is very loud at night.

Advice to the owners

I hope that the laundry machines take credit cards since I've lived there! It was annoying to need to get rolls of quarters.

I learned A LOT living here

Balcony, backyard access, dishwasher

Cons

Paper thin walls, loud neighbors, laundry machine broke all the time, rude landlords (they refused to return our security deposit), mice, overall terribly designed, insanely expensive utility bills
