Great Apartment

Pros:
Good location, responsive management, clean. Lived there for almost 10 years and the apartment was not only maintained but updated as needed.
Cons:
There were some issues with the water heater but once it was replaced everything was fine.
Advice to owner:
Nothing he was very helpful.

Pros:
I liked the layout. Appliances were solid.
Cons:
“1.5” bedroom lol. Second bedroom is small but not stupid tiny. No window to outside, but there is an AC window unit. Works better as an office than as a bedroom obviously.
No AC for the main bedroom or living room.
