Nice building but unresponsive management
Pros
Good location, laundry in building, porters clear garbage quickly, safe community
Cons
Management did not quickly or efficiently respond to our complaints about the lack of heat in the winter and our apartment was freezing all winter long Had an ant problem and their methods did not work to fix it until we called 311 and then they finally sent someon
Advice to the owners
Hire more maintenance staff

Safe but overpriced
Pros
Like how you can feel safe walking anywhere in the perimeter, almost feels like a dorm, more space for it being in NY close to east village
Cons
Seems pretty cheap inside the building, the floors have this gloss w hair strands pasted down, dogs will leave poop outside apartments, elevator will be shut down for maintenance
