Decent for what it is but can find better for similar price in area.

Staff super friendly Secure building and always a door person 24/7 lockers for packages. walkable to trains A/C/F R/Q/B walkable to other neighborhoods

Cons

There is always an elevator under maintenance so you are always waiting on elevators. I have waited over 10 min before. And because of that the elevators are also always congested. Getting ahold of management can take awhile. Walls are thin- can hear neighbors. Noise from outside Not many amenities compared to other buildings
