CHEAP Large unit for the price. Nice location.

Cons

Its cheap and you get what you pay for. Noisy neighbors. Roaches. Flies. Three leaks in the ceiling in one year.

Pay for some repairs / renovations. CLEAN. Get rid of the bugs.
