No Complaints, Super Was Great

Pros

The super was very responsive. Kept the place clean and always repaired quickly.

The trash is outside, but that's common in NYC. The hallways are a bit narrow.

Small quiet walkup

Pros

- Amazing landlord - it’s a co-op so everyone has a different landlord. - Clean building - Lively neighborhood with lots of coffee options, restaurants, grocery stores, and retail. - Whole Foods around the corner

Cons

Neighbors can be noisy but I think that’s all of NY, so… Common areas could be cleaner. The heat in the winter can be unbearable…again just like most of NY.
