Small quiet walkup

Pros:
- Amazing landlord - it’s a co-op so everyone has a different landlord. - Clean building - Lively neighborhood with lots of coffee options, restaurants, grocery stores, and retail. - Whole Foods around the corner
Cons:
Neighbors can be noisy but I think that’s all of NY, so…
Common areas could be cleaner.
The heat in the winter can be unbearable…again just like most of NY.

Advice to owner:
Redo all the parquet floors, they are old and broken!
