very good location, near shops restaurants and laundry
Cons
roaches, mice, mold, bars on the window so could not put in an ac
Advice to the owners
This was an illegal basement apartment and it looks like current management is doing a better job

fantastic location, easily within walking distance of everything you need

illegal studio in the basement roaches rats mold on brick wall leaky pipes

previous owner was not the best (he died about 15 years ago). new ownership seems to be managing the building well. good on them!
