A nice, well-maintained building
Pros
The building is very well taken care of, almost entirely free of pests, and the landlord is very responsive to maintenance requests.
Cons
While the building itself is pretty quiet, the block (both on the street-facing side and the back of the building overlooking adjacent backyards) can get very loud at times, especially on summer nights. Pretty par for the course for the neighborhood, but this block has always seemed particularly bad in that regard.
