Harlem’s tower

Pros

The location is grate,The privacy, two bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments, close to the 6 and 2 trains. no disturbance, hardly any noise, cleanest hallways, the call bell is updated, you can paint in any color and in any room, pets are allowed, deep freezer is allowed, air conditioning is allowed, they have safety gates in fire escape windows. Heat and hot water never been a problem.

Cons

Apartments on the small side, kitchen is very small, packages gets stolen if left in the lobby, no elevator.
