Cons:
Bugs bugs bugs. The pest control that that the building offers does nothing. You will see roaches everywhere and might have the occasional mouse, like I did. Old plumbing at least in my apartment, it takes forever for the water to go down the drain. The owner of at unit never did any upkeep.
