Beautiful Building and Great Neighbors
Pros
The building is clean and well-kept. The neighbors are all very friendly, kind and generous and always helping each other. The ceilings are high. The super is kind and lovely and does a great job keeping the building clean.
Cons
The lovely garden cannot be utilized. This is very sad. There is a huge garden. There are only six apartments and everyone gets along. I don't understand why the landlords will not let us use the garden.We could grow vegetables and make it truly an oasis.
Advice to the owners
Let us use the garden, please and let us sit on the steps. It is such a pity.
