The Westport - Hell's Kitchen
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building management is very responsive. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Building, fitness center, business center and outdoor rooftop and patio are always clean.
Cons:
The walls between apartments can be very thin and the sound can carry. There were times where we heard our neighbors even through the living room and into the bedroom.

Great Staff, and facilities but expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff hands down the best, maintenance is prompt and responsive. Ambience is great.
Cons:
Amenities are extra which is a bit much for the luxury price tag. Using the common area - even if you don't want to use the gym which is Equinox - you still need to pat $150 a month.
Advice to owner:
Please separate usage of common spaces from gym. Common areas should be free.

Wonderful apartments, just walk
Former Tenant
Pros:
super great management, all the doormen are so nice and helpful, package pick up was smooth and easy apartments always seem to be in good condition, well-maintained, and management is quick to respond a/c and heating is good, kitchens/bathrooms work well and rarely had issues all amenities well taken care of, in general this building and its units are in great condition
Cons:
no secret that it's a 10-15min walk to any nearest subway station, and for frequent commuters that can get a little annoying. living on the 8th floor, could hear louder traffic from the street, and 10th ave can get quite busy/loud the walls are pretty thick, but noise leaks from the doors well
Advice to owner:
i really enjoyed the breakfast events! but in general i think everyone's doing a great job
