Pros

The building has a very responsive Super on site. The building has a monthly pest control service that treats units when needed for free. Noice level has never been an issue.

Cons

The laundry room could use more washers and dryers. There are many units in the building. But only 3 washers and 3 dryers. Residents like to hog washers - 1 person will use all 3 washers and it’s unfair to all other residents. If no more can be added, a limit should be placed on two per person at a time. This can be implemented with an app.

Advice to the owners

Keep an eye out for homeless people that like to wander around outside the building.
