Horrible noise outside

Fairly clean, landlord/super is responsive enough

People partying on the street outside all night every Friday and Saturday in warmer weather. I couldn't sleep all summer

Poor—trust me.

Pros

The super keeps it clean and the community cares. Pest control is good. Rarely get mice.

SIMPLY BETTER APARTMENT never turns the heat on, multiple 312 complaints have to be made. Management is always sending false eviction notices. Cheap company. Water and mold damage. Simply better has come to review the apartment and did nothing. One time the cowling collapsed because of water damage, nothing was done. Mold is seen in the ceiling of the lobby. Don’t move here.
