Pros

In an incredible location. Right next to the F & Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods + Target 10 min away. All bars and clubs and restaurants are in this area too. I would never have to travel that far bc all my midtown + uptown friends would just inherently choose somewhere around here, usually not even on purpose. Well-maintained.

Cons

Extremelyyyyy small. Not possible ot host. We did have a German cockroach problem, but not anything major and once treated by exterminator, did not see any afterwards. No real noise problem until it was like 2am on a weekend.
