Great apartments, just could use some updating

Pros:
Lots of light, mostly quiet, great neighborhood, spacious apartments, near the subway.
Cons:
New owners are still learning the ropes. Building lobby and stairs need to be cleaned more often. The garden situation in the front of building is still a work in progress. It's an old building so the water pipe situation seems like it's a headache, but water pressure is bad and tub is constantly getting clogged. Have to pay by check. Stingy with turning on the heat in fall and spring.
