VERY difficult landlord does less than the bare minimum

Pros

It’s a nice location, building is ok aesthetically. A lot of closets.

Cons

the landlord puts temporary bandaids and uses 99¢ store materials and non-professionals for repairs. Heat goes out every winter. He refuses to have a professional exterminator come in many years we’ve lived here.
