Fantastic Natural Light

Pros:
This building has great natural light because tompkins square park has no shading from other buildings. The bedrooms are on the smaller side but very doable.
Cons:
The building has a package theft issue, likely due to the high foot-traffic.
Advice to owner:
Construct a package box so that they are not out in the open and visible to people walking by
