The 2 bedroom at 309 East 95th is a tremendous home for any renter. This apartment has plenty of charm as there is exposed brick, high ceilings and newly renovated hardwood floors throughout. The living area has a decorative fireplace and can fit a couch with additional furniture. The bedroom area can fit queen sized beds. There is a large closet in each of the bedrooms with additional overhead storage. The kitchen features full-sized appliances and a breakfast bar. 

309 East 95th is a well maintained walk-up building with laundry in the basement. The 96th Street 6 train is two blocks west of the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from in the neighborhood.

As of June 11, 2025, the FARE Act is officially the law in New York City. Despite some efforts to block it in court, a judge has ruled that enforcement can move forward. That means renters can no longer be charged broker fees if the broker was hired by the landlord.
