our ceiling was literally collapsing and they took over a month to address

Area is amazing Management and new super are a great improvement over 2-3 years ago Management is open to negotiation on price

Cons

Still pretty expensive Whenever anyone flushes a tampon or it rains a lot our bathroom floods
