Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback for buildings managed by Tristar Management Associates LLC indicates significant challenges with management responsiveness and maintenance. Many reviews highlight slow or absent communication, unaddressed heating issues, pest infestations, and cleanliness problems. Tenants frequently report poorly managed garbage disposal and ongoing infrastructure problems like leaks and mold. While some appreciate good locations and friendly neighbors, the overall sentiment points to frustration with inattentive management, inconsistent upkeep, and safety concerns. A few buildings show better upkeep and neighborly atmosphere, but the persistent management shortcomings overshadow these positives, suggesting renters should be cautious and prepared for potential difficulties with maintenance and communication.
