horrible management, do not live in a unit managed by tristar

very good lighting in rooms, gneerally clean
Cons
our ceiling was literally collapsing and they took over a month to address

Not the nicest building but great area
Pros
Area is amazing Management and new super are a great improvement over 2-3 years ago Management is open to negotiation on price
Cons
Still pretty expensive Whenever anyone flushes a tampon or it rains a lot our bathroom floods
Advice to the owners
Keep being responsive and the new super
